A payment being debited from a User's bank account does not necessarily mean that the underlying transaction has been successfully completed.

In cases where an amount has been debited but the service or transaction has not been successfully completed, the transaction may be subject to reconciliation and applicable refund/reversal procedures.

11. User Responsibility for Transactions

Users must carefully verify the name, amount, account details, UPI ID/VPA, service details, order details, contact information and other transaction information before confirming any transaction.

Once a transaction has been initiated, cancellation may not always be possible. The User is responsible for providing correct information.

12. Third-Party Services

The Website may contain links, integrations, payment facilities, advertisements, products or services provided by third parties.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and conditions.

StudioMitra does not control third-party systems and shall not be responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability or policies, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
